FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How long is processing, shipping, and handling?"
    All accessories and bundles are ready to ship, everything else must be processed. Processing takes 1-3 Business days (Monday through Friday), once processed orders will be shipped immediately. Processing transpires Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following business day which is Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout.
  • What's ready to ship?
    All accessories are always ready to ship! Check our IG page (@snowflakebundles) for what wigs, bundles and frontals we have on hand.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Unfortunately, no because orders are being processed daily. Please check order thoroughly before placing.
  • Can this hair be bleached/dyed?
    Yes, both but we recommend going to a professional!
  • Return/Exchange Policy?
    Read the product description carefully before placing your order. Exchange/Store Credit within 7 days of package delivery. NO REFUNDS! Accessories are Final Sale and can not be returned. Item(s) must be received in original sold condition. Item(s) which have been altered in any way will not be accepted. This includes but not limited to brushing, combing, washing, running fingers through hair, and etc. Reply to your email order confirmation stating you would like to return the item(s) ordered. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
  • Why was my order cancelled?
    If we receive your order and your shipping is different from your billing address it will be cancelled. Your shipping address MUST match your shipping address. This is to protect you the customer and well as our business against fraud. Orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, missed delivery and abandoned pick up orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The amount will be deducted from your order total and the remaining will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • What if I select pickup for an item that is not on hand?
    If you place an order for an item that we do not have on hand you will have to wait the processing time, even if you select pickup. Once your item is processed you will receive a text that your order is ready for pickup.
