Combien de temps dure le traitement, l'expédition et la manutention ?"

Le traitement prend 5 à 7 jours ouvrables, une fois les commandes traitées, elles seront expédiées immédiatement. Le traitement s'effectue du lundi au vendredi, les commandes passées le vendredi seront traitées le jour ouvrable suivant, soit le lundi. Nous ne livrons pas les samedis, dimanches et jours fériés. Une fois expédié, vous recevrez un numéro de suivi à l'e-mail fourni lors du paiement.

Why was my order cancelled?

If we receive your order and your shipping is different from your billing address it will be cancelled. Your shipping address MUST match your shipping address. This is to protect you the customer and well as our business against fraud. Orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, missed delivery and abandoned pick up orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The amount will be deducted from your order total and the remaining will be refunded to your original payment method.
What if I select pickup for an item that is not on hand?

If you place an order for an item that we do not have on hand you will have to wait the processing time, even if you select pickup. Once your item is processed you will receive a text that your order is ready for pickup.
