How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 3-5 Business days, once processed orders will be shipped immediately. Processing transpires Monday-Friday, orders placed on Friday will be processed the following business day which is Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, no because orders are being processed daily. Please check order thoroughly before placing.

Why was my order cancelled?
If we receive your order and your shipping is different from your billing address it will be cancelled. Your shipping address MUST match your shipping address. This is to protect you the customer and well as our business against fraud. Orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, missed delivery and abandoned pick up orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The amount will be deducted from your order total and the remaining will be refunded to your original payment method.
