Why was my order cancelled?
If we receive your order and your shipping is different from your billing address it will be cancelled. Your shipping address MUST match your shipping address. This is to protect you the customer and well as our business against fraud. Orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, missed delivery and abandoned pick up orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
